These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 4fachai ("4fachai", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform"). By registering an account on 4fachai, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any service offered through the 4fachai platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and documentation verifying your payment methods.

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry periods.

General conditions applicable to all 4fachai bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available once per household, device, and IP address.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.

• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormancy policy).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited.
